Power sized to the battery
ECO, DAILY and SPORT are yours to set: current, power, speed. The ceiling is the battery's rating: Ultra24 — 18 kW, Ultra25 — 28 kW, your own pack by its current.
Firmware for the stock controller: field-oriented motor control, modes sized to your battery, traction control on both wheels — and an app on your phone instead of a laptop.
No payment, no commitment — we'll write when sales open.
The same controller, the same dash and bar buttons — what changes is the program that drives the motor, plus an app where all of it is visible and adjustable.

FOC with field weakening and maximum torque per amp: the motor pulls across the whole rev range, and each mode's top speed is yours to set.
ASR compares the front and rear wheel and trims current when the rear spins. Three levels, switched from a bar button.
Three curve types, rise and fall rates, a dead band. Three sets, switched from the dash menu.
A dashboard for your bars — portrait and landscape, telemetry, rides with GPS and a map, GPX and CSV export. iPhone and Android.
New versions install from the app — no teardown, no cables. Only while the bike stands with READY off; otherwise the controller won't start.
Every build is signed and bound to your controller's chip: tampered or foreign firmware won't install on it.
The dash, bar buttons, function menu, crawl and reverse. Current, voltage and temperature protections, and a fault log.
Every change goes through a before → after review and is written only while the bike stands. The screens below are the app's demo mode — it works without a bike, too.

With the stock controller. Put the model year in the form — we'll confirm it fits.
For your own pack — its cell count and currents; the app works out the rest.
iOS 17 or later, Android 8 or later. The Bluetooth module for the link comes in the kit and is fitted with the firmware.
Sales are for Europe and the USA. We'll write before launch: price, install procedure, dates. There's no payment now, and the entry commits you to nothing.
We'll write to your email before sales open. If you change your mind, reply to that note or write to hello@racefirmware.com and we'll delete your data.
No. It's not an order or a payment — just a way to hear about the launch first. We'll send the price and the install procedure before you decide anything.
In Europe and the USA. We or an authorised partner in your region install the firmware and the Bluetooth module; where and when, we'll write before launch. Later updates come from the app, over Bluetooth.
Off-road and on closed tracks only. Changing the controller's settings — power, current, speed — can make the motorcycle non-compliant for public roads.
Replacing the firmware may void the motorcycle maker's warranty. The firmware and the app are provided “as is”, without any warranty; by using them you accept the risk that comes with it and are responsible for your settings and your riding. ALEX_V LABS is not liable for the consequences — to the extent the law allows. The details are in the terms.
Wrong settings can cause a jolt, loss of traction or a drive fault, and editing the parameters directly without understanding their effect can destroy the equipment, cause a short circuit and a fire, lead to injury and disability and put life in danger — yours and others'. That's why new settings are checked standing still, with the wheel lifted, in full gear. The full list of risks is in the terms.
Settings are written only while the bike stands with READY off; every change goes through a before → after review; current, voltage and temperature protections; calibrations that drive current stop if the phone's link drops. Direct parameter edits only in expert mode, after explicitly accepting the risk. Safety on the trail is still yours: gear up, and try new settings standing, with the rear wheel off the ground.
